ISOSTATIC PUNCHES:
available in many types according to the customer necessity:
- TRADITIONAL TYPE
(allows to obtain pressed tiles in uniform way practically mono caliber and to eliminate defects such as irregular edges, convex or concave sides, tapered sides)
- ANTI TRANSPARENCE
(reduce near zero the transparence of the back pattern on the visible side of the tile maintaining the same features of traditional punch)
- HIGH COMPENSATION
(essential where exist charging problems or for producing tiles with strong relieves)
STEEL POLISHED AND/OR CHROMED PUNCHES
(to obtain smooth surface)
RUBBER AND/OR RESIN COATED PUNCHES
(for structured or decorated surfaces)
LOW RESIN AND/OR SPECIAL RESIN COATED PUNCH
(to obtain smooth surfaces; in many cases can substitute the steel)
IZO-GEL PUNCHES
(compromise between isostatic and backpattern punches)
